The GRIN home directory is location in


in your home directory.

You can verify config and state of your client in these file.


  • restart app

  • Remove Entire chain dir (fresh sync)

rm ./grin/main/wallet_data/db -R
  • Verify Tui is disabled
nano ./grin/main/server.toml
  • rebuild config file
rm ./grin/main/server.toml

(restart the wallet, It will recreate the config file automatically)

Payments not showing up

  • press refresh button

  • press scan button

  • delete wallet db and recheck

rm ./grin/main/wallet_data/db -R
